Assistant Leasing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leasing, sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties;
- Handle all leasing, sale and purchase matters including tenancy renewal, review agreements, negotiation and handover of premises;
- Manage property portfolio, leasing enquiries and property viewing arrangement;
- Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports;
- Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenant's fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works;
- Maintain good relations with property developers, landlords, property agents and tenants as well as building management;
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Civil, Property, Building or related disciplines.
- Holder of EAA license in Hong Kong is an advantage;
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in portfolio management;
- Familiar with Landlord and Tenancy (Consolidation) Ordinance and leasing procedures;
- Good negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills with strong market sense.
- Well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
