Secretary

    

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial support to senior management;
  • Manage the daily schedule and appointment arrangement;
  • Participate in department/management meetings and prepare meeting minutes;
  • Compile operation reports, spreadsheet and meeting materials;
  • Coordinate with internal business units in various tasks and relay relevant messages as required;
  • Deal with sensitive and confidential document in a professional manner;
  • Handle expenses claims, reimbursement and other administrative duties;
  • Handle personal matters and other ad-hoc duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Administration or related discipline is preferable; 
  • 2 years or above working experience in Secretary is required;
  • Patient, independent, detail minded with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Have strong business sense and risk management skills, problem solving skill and can-do spirit;
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and adaptive to a fast-changing environment;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in PC applications, e.g. MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediate available is an advantage.
