Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial support to senior management;
- Manage the daily schedule and appointment arrangement;
- Participate in department/management meetings and prepare meeting minutes;
- Compile operation reports, spreadsheet and meeting materials;
- Coordinate with internal business units in various tasks and relay relevant messages as required;
- Deal with sensitive and confidential document in a professional manner;
- Handle expenses claims, reimbursement and other administrative duties;
- Handle personal matters and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Administration or related discipline is preferable;
- 2 years or above working experience in Secretary is required;
- Patient, independent, detail minded with strong sense of responsibility;
- Have strong business sense and risk management skills, problem solving skill and can-do spirit;
- Good interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and adaptive to a fast-changing environment;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Proficient in PC applications, e.g. MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
- Immediate available is an advantage.
