客戶主任 / 見習客戶主任
Responsibilities:
- Handle account opening, customer enquiries and complaints;
- Assist in branch office operations;
- Monitor client's orders and margin level, conduct margin call and margin report;
- Maintain good relationship with customers, explore and develop new customers;
- Participate in marketing activities, warm call, events and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- HKDSE / Form 5 (HKCEE) or above (Passed in Chinese and Mathematics/ English and Mathematics) is a must;
- Pass in HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent is a plus;
- At least one year of relevant working experience;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Good communication skills, customer-oriented, proactive, patient and responsible;
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Sales Officer Trainee, fresh graduates are also welcomed;
- Immediate available will be an advantage.
